Do extractions hurt?
Fran explains each step and works gently. You may feel some pressure during extractions — tell her anytime and she'll adjust.
How often should I get a facial?
It depends on your skin. Many clients come every few weeks; Fran will suggest a frequency for your skin type at your first visit.
Is it good for acne-prone skin?
Yes. Fran adapts the facial for oily and acne-prone skin and gives you home-care guidance. Active, severe acne may need a doctor's care too — she'll let you know.
Will my skin be red afterwards?
Some redness is common right after extractions and usually fades within hours. Fran will tell you what to expect for your skin.
Do you do facials for teenagers?
Yes — we have a teen facial for young, acne-prone skin, and a parent can stay in the room.
Is it suitable for darker skin?
Yes. Clients with deeper and ethnic skin have shared how Fran takes her time to understand their skin and teach them how to care for it.
